Salted.
I have been selling salts for a while now, but I finally got my act together to post up some photos, and get myself out there. I am making these sea salts in small batches, and have sold to people in my neighborhood and at work, and have heard some good feedback. I use all organic, fresh ingredients from local markets here in SF, I get inspired by roaming farmer's markets and seeing what ingredients work well together.
I am selling the salts for $6.50 or 2 for $12. I am open to new flavor ideas and I am constantly trying new flavor combinations. As of right now here are the flavors I have ready to go:
Sundried Tomato Basil: great for pasta sauces, pizza, or just sprinkled over a caprese salad.
Lemon Parsley: great on fish or chicken, add it to homemade vinaigrettes.
Shiitake Garlic: my personal favorite. Great in scrambled eggs, again good for dressings, add it to butter and made a garlicy mushroom compound butter.
Portabello: Great in risotto!!! add it to an alfredo sauce, sprinkle it on veggies before bbqing them, it has a great mushroom flavor that really comes out when heated.
Jalapeno: Great in guacamole, sprinkled on grilled corn, it has a little heat, but it's a nice touch.
Coffee Cocoa Nib: Great on pork, almost a mole hint to it. Also great as a salt on cocktails too (that's what I originally made it for- but I tried it on pork and it's delicious)
and my most recent flavor is Chipotle, which is still in it's early stages of being mass produced. I wanted to see if I could pull it off, and I played with it, and it is delicious.
So let me know if you would be interested in buying some. if you are local (in SF) I can get them to you in person, if you aren't, I am willing to ship at an additional cost to you, but I will get the lowest price to ship. Please feel free to email me if you are interested, and we can chat! (richardsonk415@gmail.com) Would love to get these salts out there and have people use them. Can't wait to hear from you!!

We were given a gift of your "Confit Garlic" Salt. Fabulous! We use it as a rub on a steak before bbq-ing. It's a wonderful taste. Trying to figure out how to order more but you don't list it as a regular product. I'll email you for more info. Pasadena, CA.
